Yes, we provide a collection service available on Sundays from 8am to 6pm.
Simply order through the website anytime before 3pm on the Saturday prior to the Sunday.
Yes, all orders will be fulfilled within 24 to 72 hours for a £20 delivery charge. For next day delivery please order before 3pm on the day prior to your desired delivery date.

Our kiln dried wood including logs and kindling is always dried to a maximum of 20% moisture content.
The majority of logs we produce are split 3 to 6 inches wide and 8 to 10 inches long.
For our hardwood kiln dried logs we prefer to use alder, ash, beech, birch, oak and sycamore. For our softwood logs we use pine.
Hard wood logs give a better burn as they burn longer and cleaner with no spitting making them a good choice for open fires. Softwood logs may cause the odd spark so we recommend a fireguard with such products. Soft wood logs are around 20% cheaper than hardwood alternatives. The sap and resin content of softwood logs when dried helps to generate a hotter burn than hardwood logs making them ideal for wood burners. Softwood logs are a popular choice to get the fire started.
With kiln dried logs the drying process begins with each log been dried in a kiln. Seasoned logs are logs which have been dried throughout the year naturally.
Each log is kiln dried in a large kiln. The process improves the overall quality of the wood reducing it moisture content to no more than 20%. This gives a cleaner burn with more heat output resulting using less wood.

Firewood needs to breathe so its best to keep it outside but somewhere dry. We will soon have a selection of log stores available to purchase through the website which are perfect for the job.
On receipt of your order we aim to have your order fulfilled within 3 to 7 days if you use our free delivery. With express delivery we aim to fulfil all orders within 24 to 72 hours.
Delivery From Corbridge:
East of Corbridge– Tuesday and Friday (morning = south east, afternoon = north east)
West of Corbridge – Mondays, Wednesday and Thursday (morning = south west, afternoon = north west)
